The attention level is one of the important factors which measures a child intelligent activity and its result.Respecting significance, development and intervention of attention quality,our study draws up different physical trainings,which is how to influence children attention stability.Objective:In this research,to explore different physical trainings how to effect children attention stability,we design table tennis,children body-building boxing and rope skipping with medium intensity to enforce kinesio-intervention for different ages(6-11) children.Method:In our research,through the experimentation we carry out the different physical trainings(table tennis,children body-building boxing and rope skipping),testing change of attention stability of 16-week medium intensity sports in front and back.In 219 primary schools Anshan City,we choosed 240 objects,120 students of grade one(6-7years old),120 students of grade five(10-11years old), each age segment is each to divide 4 sets(table tennis set,children body-building boxing set,rope skipping sets,total three experiment sets,each 30 people of set,30 people of matched control).Above each the physical trainings which has been carried out for 16 weeks.In exercise,train three times every week,testing the attention stability respectively physical trainings before kinesio-intervention and after 16-week.We use scale which is drawed up by Chenguopeng,mental department of Eastern China Normal University(The mental scale detailed see appendix 2).Reliability and validity of the scale are good.In addition,the scale has been carried on testing in three cities in the whole country,which has already built up a whole country a norm.That test can be used to measure the attention stability.Result:1.The students of grade 1 and grade 5 were enforced the table tennis with medium intensity,after training,the attention stability increase highly(P<0.01).2.The students of grade 1 were enforced the children body-building boxing with medium intensity,after training,the attention stability happened highly significant change(P<0.01f).The students of grade 5 were enforced the children body-building boxing with medium intensity,after training, the attention stability happened significant change(P<0.05).3.The students of grade 1 and grade 5 were enforced the rope skipping with medium intensity,after training,the attention stability failed to appear significant change(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the table tennis and children body-building boxing with medium intensity can efficiently promote children attention stability.Through physical training to improve children attention stability is feasible.2.The set of the table tennis with medium intensity improve children attention stability is more significant than those of children body-building boxing and rope skipping.3.Carrying out same sport item,after physical trainings,attention stability improvement's degree in different age set is different; Carrying out sport intervenetion to the children of low age,those attention concentration stability improvement's degree is more obvious.
