Self-control ability is the need of children's socialization, the cultivation of children's self-control can effectively promote the social ability, improve the academic performance and cognitive abilities, have a decisive role to the development of intelligence.Attention is the core and foundation of self-control.Attention stability is the core of attention.5-6 years old is the critical period of attention stability training;Sports can improve attention stability. The irregular shape of Rugby determines the uncertainty of its rebound and requires the constant visual tracking of young children. Therefore, the training of the attention stability of 5-6 year olds can be promoted by means of physical education. The essay evaluated how the Rugby activities impact on stability of the children's attention through active the experiment to 16 children in terms o f moderate intensity Rugby activity intervention for 14 weeks, which used the cancellation graphics test method and adjusted cancellation test method.Firstly,5-6 years old(66.3±2.3 months)children have been randomly selected from the spring of the field kindergarten in C heng Du city, those experiment subjects are all have good quality on physical and mental health.Secondly,it uses cancellation graphics test method to test their stability of attention, which determined 30 children as research object, who are randomly divided in to experimental group and control group; At the same time,in order to verify the uniformity of sample, the experimental group 16 children(8 female,8male)and control group 14 children(7 male,7female),both groups don't participate in any training off during the experiment. This article used the cancellation graphics test method and adjusted cancellation test method to analysis how the 14 weeks of moderate intensity Rugby activities influence on the stability of 5 to 6 years old children's attention, the research results and conclusions show below: 1?research results(1)Compared with the control group, the maintenance time of the experimental group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the stability index was significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the duration of attention was significantly improved in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the duration of attention was significantly improved in the experimental group(P <0.01).(2)The duration of attention was significantly prolonged in the experimental group(P <0.05)compared with the control group after 7 weeks of moderate intensity Rugby.Compared with the control group, the duration of attention of the experimental group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P <0.05).2?Analysis conclusion(1)Moderately intense Rugby activities is an exercise program that can improve the level of attention stability of children aged 5-6 years. The project is very interesting and the children are willing to participate in the teaching.(2)14 weeks of moderate intensity of rugby activity can significantly improve the 5-6 year old children's attention to the stability level. There was distinct level of attention stability between male and female infants at 7 weeks. At 14 weeks, the attention level of male and female infants was dramatically improved. Before and after the experiment,it was found that the attention stability of female infants was slightly higher than that of male infants.
