The Study Of Status Quo Of Shandong Women Basketball Reserve Force Forster And The Influence Factor

The fostering of reserve forces is important to basketball development. Recent years,under the influence of "Olympic games strategic" and "national athletic meeting strategic",and the impact of the changing of market economy,China ignores the fostering of reserve forces.As a result, the China basketball sports level declines and also lack the reserve force.The fostering of reserve force of Shandong province is in positive transformation,Bureau of Education work together with Sports Bureau of Shandong,the fostering way is changed from single to multiply,from close to open,in order to foster more excellent basketball athletes in good way.Studied the reserve force and influence factors of Shandong province,use the research methods of documentary,statistical,logic analysis etc,to investigate Shandong women basketball team,youth team,basketball traditional school team and women team of basketball technology,and compared Shandong team with other good team,aim to find out the circumstances of reserve force,the problems and the advantage,on base of this to study the factors which influenced these,finally educe the conclusions and the suggestions.Conclusions:1) The basketball traditional school attach much importance to women basketball reserve forces,because short of competitions,training time,the load of study and the level of coach,so it is hard to foster excellent athletes;players in sport technology school pay more attention on training than study,they have high level of sport technology,and they are the source of good reserve forces in Shandong,but their knowledge is poor and do not suit for this civilization fast developing society.2) The subjective influence factors of fostering of reserve forces are training motivation,inconsistent of study and training,and job burden when they retired;The impersonality influence factors of fostering of reserve forces are policy of China and Shandong government,coach,training conditions,and parents' attitude of players,the training level of coach are very important.3) The advantages of basketball sport in Shandong are good economy, geography,high level of education etc,and disadvantages are government focus,the improper of coach select mechanism etc.
