Research On The Training Mode Of Junior Basketball Reserve Talents In Shandong Province

Shandong is a densely population and economy develops rapidly province which educationand sports are also strong. In this case, Shandong has more extensive mass foundation to developbasketball sports. There are los of spare time sports schools in Shandong province. These schoolstransport large quantities reserve talents for society and also train many famous basketballplayers in china. As a large sports province, there are one provincial sports school,17municipalcenter sports schools, and15high levels training bases. There are33national high level reservetalents bases and118country spare time sports schools. All these educating units will recruit andtrain plenty of adolescent basketball sports. But, in recent years?the achievements of basketballhas a substantial downward trend, so how to educate the adolescent basketball sports reservetalents is the most important problem.Used by the method of literature, expert interview, comparison analysis, questionnaire andmathematical statistics, the paper investigated the current situation of the basketball reservetalents training mode of Shandong province, analyzed the influencing factors of the youthbasketball reserve talents training mode of Shandong province and put forward the constructionof the strategy of the youth basketball reserve talents training mode of Shandong province. Theresults show that:1. The basketball reserve talents training mode of Shandong province based on the sportsschool model. The single reserve talents training mode limits the development channel of reservetalents, which lead to the reserve talents' lack of mass base. In addition, reserve talents selectionmechanism in our province is not perfect, including the selection of evaluation standard, theselection of the implementation process, supervision mechanism and so on.2. The training mode of Shandong province pays more attention to the training than theliteracy class, and the students' training motivation is mainly to become professional athletes,which shows that the development of sports and education is not harmonious and waste largequantities of talents in our province.3. The age structure of basketball coach is mainly adult. The coaches have plenty ofexperience and energetic, but they are low education and they don't have the opportunity to getfurther study.4. The relatively large effect factors of the reserve personnel training mode of Shandongprovince include those factors: leadership's attention degree of basketball, funds, comprehensivequality of the coaches and athletes, basketball training venues and other hardware facilities, and the final employment direction of athletes.5.The feasibility construction strategy of Shandong province youth basketball reservetalents training mode should establish a coordinated process of training mode, which includethose factors: unify thought and make clear the talents training target, improve cognition andstrengthen the leadership of talents training, optimize the structure and improve coaches' talentstraining ability, scientific selection and improve the talents training benefit, pay attention tointellectual and ability training and perfect the combination of body and education training mode,multilateral cooperation and construct multiplex talents training mode, strengthen managementand perfect the whole nation system. Beside, we should also focus on efficiency, establish andperfect the talent training evaluation system and mechanism.
