Organization citizenship behaviors or OCB are Extra-role behaviors, formally defined as behavior that is discretionary, no directly or explicitly recognized by the formal reward system, In other words, OCB are going beyond role requirements without formal reward, employees make necessary contributions without any cost to the organization.OCB occurs are integral to the optimal functioning of organizations. Organizations cannot function effectively without the benefit of OCB. Due to this relationship with performance ,OCB have been widely studied these days.This study takes IT employees as target. through investigations and In-Depth Interviews, This study focus on weather human resource system affect OCB, utilizing human resource value chain, introducing Organizational Commitment as intervening variable to analyze the elements affect OCB theoretically and positively. Examine weather demographic factors have significant difference on OCB and Organizational Commitment. This study puts emphasis on the relationship between human resource system and OCB. And examine weather Organizational Commitment affect as internal factor. The result proves that the affective commitment affect as internal factor significantly. Help to explain the relationship between human resource system and OCB. Enrich and examine the human resource value chain.
