How to eliminate exercise fatigue is generated over half a century in the field of sports medicine topics at the forefront, this kind of research has a history of many years. At the same time, Traditional Chinese Medicine which in the application of sports medicine has its'advantages and characteristics. Past twenty to thirty years, TCM acupuncture did a lot of scientific research, which are mainly involved in treating sports injuries and enhance the athletic ability in order to eliminate fatigue, and also to explore its role in the mechanism.Acupuncture therapy is kind of gem in the Chinese medicine. The use of acupuncture, massage and other external treatment of drug fumigation and in promoting functional recovery and treatment of sports injuries are better than modern medicine, the fact is that conservative therapy has been widely recognized for everyone. And clinical practice shows that acupuncture can ease the movement of a certain degree of fatigue symptoms, and has fewer side effects and the benefits of easy; but the exact mechanisms have yet to effect further to clarified.The pathogenesis of exercise-induced fatigue up to now has not been completely elucidated. Outer cycle fatigue mechanisms in previous studies of a dominant position, with the further development of research, scholars have proposed several other mechanisms, including, Central fatigue mechanisms, neurons-endocrine-immune network and so on.This study was from the establishment of animal model of exercise fatigue starting first in-depth study on moxibustion Zhu San Li animal model of exercise-induced fatigue in rats on the behavior and serum interleukin 1β(IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) effects. Second, through the observation of these indicators, and its mechanism were discussed. Third is to use the results effectively to promote moxibustion therapy in the clinical treatment of exercise-induced fatigue in the widely used. Fourth, due to the current domestic and international experimental rat model of exercise-induced fatigue lack of order through this research, to provide such a reference basis.The main results will now be summarized as follows1. Using moxibustion Zhu San Li animal model of exercise-induced fatigue in rats, body weight and observed behavior exhaustive swimming time on the observation that body weight of rats in the seventh day no difference (P> 0.05). In the first 14 days, compared with normal weight moxibustion group and model group were significantly reduced compared with the normal group was significant difference (P> 0.05); the first 21 days of moxibustion group and model group and Significantly reduce (P> 0.05). This suggests that, after exhaustive swimming in rats due to decreased body weight; and exhaustive swimming, in the first 7 days, moxibustion group swimming time was significantly longer than the rest force the model group (P> 0.05).
