Objective:By observing the different effects of pre-moxibustion at Zusanli and Neiguan points on heart rate and blood oxygen saturation recovery,subjective fatigue sensation,and serological parameters of healthy college students with exercise-induced fatigue,we explored the guidance of the "special points matching" The feasibility of moxibustion preconditioning to improve fatigue after exercise provides a variety of choices for Chinese medicine to combat sports fatigue and promote fatigue recovery.Methods:Using the method of self-contrast control,25 healthy college students of Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group and control group,with 25 in each group.Both groups performed the same quantitative load exercise to achieve exercise-induced fatigue.The subjects in the control group were taken as subjects in the prevention and treatment group after 2 weeks of rest.Since the two groups of subjects were actually the same group of college students,the general data of the two groups were comparable.The control group did not pre-intervene with moxibustion before exercise,and chose step exercise+800-meter running combined exercise mode to directly reach the fatigue state.The control group intervened with moxibustion before exercise,and selected Zusanli and Neiguan points every day.25 minutes,5 consecutive days of treatment.is a course of treatment.After the end of the course of treatment,perform the same exercise as before.Observe and record the subjective physical force perception scale(RPE)score before and after the exercise,and the heart rate(HR)and Changes in blood oxygen saturation(Sp02),serum creatine kinase(CK),and serum urea nitrogen(BUN)data before and after exercise.Sort out the above data and use spss23.0 for analysis.Differences between the two groups and within groups are compared using paired sample t-test analysis.Repeated measurement data are compared using repeated measurement analysis of variance.P<0.05 indicates that the difference in the statistical results is statistically significant.The comparison shows the effect of pre-moxibu s tion on promoting sports fatigue recovery and anti-fatigue.Results:1.The subjects in the control group and the control group are the same individuals.After a sufficient period of rest,the two groups can reach the same baseline,and the research data are comparable;2.From the perspective of subjective feelings,the subjective physical sensation scores in both groups after exercise increased compared with the previous ones,and there was obvious feeling of fatigue;however,the subjective physical sensation scores in the control group were lower than those in the control group,and the degree of self-feeling fatigue was lighter.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.From the differences of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in each time period,measure the subjects before exercise,immediately after exercise,5min after exercise,10min after exercise,15min after exercise and 20min after exercise,and observe the heart rate and blood The dynamic changes of oxygen saturation.The collected data shows that the heart rate reaches the highest value immediately after the exercise is stopped.Based on the value every 5 minutes,it shows that the heart rate value decreases and gradually approaches the heart rate level at the beginning of the exercise;The law is the same as that of the control group,but the heart rate value is lower than that of the control group at each time period after exercise(P<0.05),and the heart rate recovers to the resting level faster.At the same time,the blood oxygen saturation of the control group after each exercise period The degree value is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the speed of returning to the original blood oxygen saturation level is also faster;4.Serum creatine kinase and serum urea nitrogen in the two groups after exercise were higher than before,but in comparison,the serum creatine kinase and serum urea nitrogen content in the control group were lower than those in the control group after exercise(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Subjects treated with pre-moxibustion reduced the subjective physical force sensation table(RPE)score after exercise and improved self-fatigue feeling,indicating that pre-moxibustion has a benign effect on subjective feeling after exercise and can promote the recovery of self-fatigue feeling;2.The changes in heart rate and blood oxygen saturation reflect the response and feedback of the human cardiovascular system after exercise.After pre-moxibustion treatment,the subjects’ heart rate decreased in various time periods(interval of 5 minutes)after exercise,and each time period.The blood oxygen saturation increased,and the recovery of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation became faster,indicating that pre-moxibustion can improve the ability of the cardiovascular system to respond to exercise,and promote the body’s cardiovascular system to return to a normal state faster.To improve the body’s tolerance to exercise fatigue;3.Pre-moxibustion can reduce the serum creatine kinase(CK)and serum urea nitrogen(BUN)content of the subject,which indicates that pre-moxibustion can reduce the content of metabolic waste in the body after exercise and improve the energy metabolism level of the body;In short,pre-moxibustion therapy can improve the subject’s subjective fatigue feeling after exercise,promote the recovery of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation to normal levels,reduce the content of serum creatine kinase and serum urea nitrogen in the body,and change the subjectivity related to fatigue Feeling,maintaining the balance of the cardiovascular system,accelerating the effect of removing metabolic waste from the body,thereby effectively verifying the efficacy of pre-moxibustion in preventing and treating sports fatigue,and promoting the application of pre-moxibustion as a feasible scheme in clinical practice.
