Experimental Studies. Yiqi Huayu Recipe On Rats After Medical Abortion Uterine Muscle No And Nos, And Plasma Levels Of T-pa

Objective:To approach the mechanism of the Yi qi hua yu fang (YQHYF) in the curatio of uterus'hemorrhagic symptoms after medicamentum embryotocia with studing and researching in the change of level of nitroge monoxidum (NO), nitricoxide synthase (NOS) and tissue-type plasminogen (t-PA) activator of medicamentum embryotocia (Ru486) in the tissues homogenate of the uterus muscular about early gravidity rat given Yi qi hua yu fang (YQHYF).Method:Early gravidity rat (Ru486) were divided in to six groups in random.Videlicet, Blank control gorup, Control group,Model group, Chanfukang Granules group, The Small, medium and large dose of the medicinal broth of Yi qi hua yu fang (YQHYF) group. From the 7th day to the 14th day after rat cyophoria different drugs were manipulat to these groups by the planning medicine correspondingly before sacrifice these groups,the indicatrix were determinded as follow:the content of nitrogen monoxidum (NO),nitricoxide synthase (NOS) and tissue-type plasminogen(t-PA) activator in the tissues homogenate of the uterus muscular.Consequence:The medicinal broth of Yi qi hua yu fang (YQHYF) can degrade obviously the content of nitrogen monoxidum (NO), nitricoxide synthase (NOS) in the tissues homogenate of the uterus muscular,to compare with Model group, the distinctions were significance(P<0.05). And YQHYF can also degrade tissue-type plasminogen (t-PA) in the arterious blood of the rat, the varianceises were significance(P<0.01).Conelusion:The medicinal broth of Yi qi hua yu fang (YQHYF) can degrade the contents of nitrogen monoxidum (NO), nitricoxide synthase (NOS),and the levels of tissue-type plasminogen(t-PA) in the tissues homogenate of the uterus muscular. This may be responsible for the therapeutics of the haemorrhagia uterina which in result medicamentum embyrotocia(Ru486).
