Ziyin Runchang Catharsis The Decoction Yin Intestinal Dryness Of Functional Constipation In Clinical Studies

Methods:60 patients with intestinal dryness Yin FC patients were randomly divided into treatment principle of the control group and the control group 30 cases, the treatment group was given laxative Tang Yin and the control group was given hemp seed capsules, treatment for 14 days the two groups were observed before and after treatment the clinical symptom scores, analysis and comparison of the efficacy of the two groups. Results:1.14 days after treatment, the treatment group, the total effective rate was 86.7% in the control group, the total effective rate was 56.7%, total effective rate, the difference was significant (P<0.05).2. The treatment group in improving clinical symptoms than the control group (P<0.05);3. The treatment group in improving dry stool, prolonged defecation, poor stool, bowel pain, defecation effort, five upset hot better than the clinical symptoms control (P<0.05); the bloating discomfort, anorexia, dry mouth and throat, short yellow urine four times a considerable effect both disease areas (P>0.05).Conclusion:Tang Yin and laxative treatment of functional constipation (Yin intestinal dryness) is effective, can significantly improve symptoms of functional constipation, no obvious side effects, should be in the clinic.
