To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Zyin-Zengye Decoction On Functional Constipation Of Intestinal Dryness And Jin Deficiency Based On The Theory Of Large Intestine Main Fluid

Objective : This subject observes the clinical efficacy of self-made Ziyin Zengye Decoction on intestinal dryness and body fluid deficiency type functional constipation,observes the clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,the efficacy scores of traditional Chinese medicine,colon transit test,stool characteristics and water content,and serum levels.Changes in various clinical indicators such as aquaporin(AQPS)levels and analysis of clinical efficacy will provide a true and reliable theoretical basis and clinical practical value for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic functional constipation in the future.Methods:A total of 80 patients with functional constipation diagnosed as intestinal dryness and body fluid deficiency type were randomly selected from January 2019 to December 2020 in Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A clinical retrospective study was carried out,and 37 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group.For 43 cases,there was no statistically significant difference in general information between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group was given Chinese medicine decoction self-made Ziyin Zengye Decoction(provided by the Preparation Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)The group was given prucalopride succinate(Hebei Renheyikang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,National Medicine Standard H20203020,hereinafter referred to as prucalopride).Results:(1)After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were down-regulated,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)In terms of TCM symptom score and curative effect,the scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)In terms of fecal properties and water content,both groups were relieved after treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference(4)was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)In the colonic transit test,the discharge rate of the two groups of markers was better after treatment than before,and after treatment,the observation group was discharged faster and more thoroughly than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Serum aquaporin(AQP3 and AQP4)levels,serum AQP3 and AQP4 levels decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)In terms of adverse reactions,2 cases of abdominal discomfort occurred in the control group,and anal burning discomfort after 3 stools;only 1 case of abdominal discomfort occurred in the observation group.The symptoms disappeared after clinical guidance without other drugs,and none of them affected the course of treatment..Conclusion : In the treatment of FC diseases,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Ziyin Zengye Decoction and Prucalopril have therapeutic effects,and the observation group is superior to the control group in clinical symptom score,curative effect score of traditional Chinese medicine,stool characteristics,water content and colon transmission test,and the down-regulation of serum aquaporins(AQP3 and AQP4)after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).
