| Purpose:Along with the progress of the society and the increasingly fierce competition ,YiYuXing insomnia already for life is a common disease, which produce a functional change by the depression or depressed mood. YiYuXing insomnia seriously affects the work and life more,and need aggressive treatment. Modern medicine treatment YiYuXing insomnia, using antidepressants or calm hyponotic drug, the effect is not very ideal, and has certain side effects, and as well the potential for addiction and reverse elasticity. Chinese medicine therapy is without the doubt and widely accepted by people. In the ancient and modern large medical literature, it recorded and reported to have curative effect on YiYuXing insomnia using TCM.This research is comprehensive analysis of system, objective and quantitative for clinical literature results on traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment of YiYuXing insomnia .And system analyzed YiYuXing insomnia for the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment of disease.The content includes general situation, into and exclusion standard, controlled conditions, sample content, random condition, blinding application situation and application of statistical method, from the perspectives of based medicine ebm discuss the effect and advantage of the Chinese medicine therapy for YiYuXing insomnia. Literature choosed between January 1979 and January 2011, and published in the medical journal which is treatment of TCM for YiYuXing insomnia and randomized controlled clinical research literature, and on the quality evaluation.Meta-analysed them , thus objective evaluation on and summarizing existing problems and disadvantages of the clinical treatment on Chinese medicine scientific research work and clinical trials, and provide decision-making in order to discover truly effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for future. insomnia clinical research literature as the research object, by electronic periodical database and manual retrieval method, search domestic literature between January 1979 and January 2011 controlled clinical research published in the literature, using meta analysis special software which is Review Manager4.2 analyse quality, efficacy, literature of heterogeneity,and the publication bias.Results:Finally 10 articles chosed into literature,and many for low quality research literature. In the total effective YiYuXing insomnia, TCM therapy efficacy significant. combine of numerical value is 1.99, 95% confidence interal is[1.22,5.24]. By the Z inspection, Z=3.57,P=0.0004;In traditional Chinese medicine cure YiYuXing insomnia, cure, combine of numerical value is 1.80, 95% confidence interal is[1.14,2.85], the diamond is located in the median line on the right. The Z inspection, Z = 2.52, P = 0.01; In comparison of recurrence, TCM the recurrence rate is low, combine of numerical value is 0.84, 95% confidence interal is[0.31,0.75], the diamond is located in the middle line. The Z inspection, Z = 3.21, P = 0.001; Acupuncture therapy compared with western medicine, acupuncture therapy on the cure rate is high, combine of numerical value is 1.70, 95% confidence interal is[1.06,2.72], the diamond is located in the median line on the right. The Z inspection, Z = 2.20, P = 0.03.Conclusion:1.The quality of the Clinical research literature is low ,and most documents do not accord with the quality assessment standards of RCT.2. The curative effect of TCM treatment of YiYuXing insomnia is distinct, and the total effective rate is better than control group.3. Acupuncture therapy of YiYuXing insomnia curative effect is distinct, cure rate is better than the control group.4. TCM treatment of YiYuXing insomnia effectively reduce the recurrence rate.
