The Benefits Of Sugar Treatment Of Ms And Igr Of Blood Sugar, Blood Lipids Observed

Purpose:Compare the different change of symstom of TCM and biochemic indexes that including 2hPG,Blood pressure,Blood 1ipids,FPG,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,HBA1C,BMI,TC,weight,abdominal circumference of the two groups with random and contrast medthod. From a new perspective of function in cell protection,to investigate the clinical effect of Yi Tang Kang in Metabolic Syndrome with Impaired Glucose Regulation.Yi Tang Kang being used for MS is a characteristic of TCM and could develop the therapy of TCM.Material and method:165 cases with Metabolic Syndrome with Impaired Glucose Regulation were divided randomly into two groups named treated group(82 cases) and contrast group(83 cases). Both groups were treated by the same basic heathy education.Inaddition,the treated group was added by Yi Tang Kang.The treatment lasted 12 weeks.The symstom,2hPG, Blood pressure,Blood 1ipids,FPG,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,HBA1C,BMI,TC,Weight,BMI,Liver and Kidney function were observed.Results:1. FPG,2hPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in treated group,were decreased with different degrees。After therapy which had remarkable signifieance before therapy (P<0.05). Although the level of FPG,TG,LDL-C,HBA1C和TC in serum decreased and the level of FPG,TC,LDL-C,HBA1C,HDL-C change in controlled group there were no statistical significance,however, there were statistical significance about 2hPG in controlled group . Meanwhile there appear statistical significance about 2hPG,TC,TG in treated group and controlled group(P〈0.05)。2. 8 and 10weeks FPG,in controlled groups,were decreased with different degrees after therapy,which had remarkable significance before therapy(P<0.05). 6,8,10and 12weeks FPG,the treated groups,were decreased with different degrees after therapy,which had remarkable significance before therapy(P<0.05). In both groups,FPG 0f 0-2,0-4,0-6,0-8,0-10,0-12weeks were decreased. But The change of the treated group was not significant than that of the contrast group(P<0.05).3. 2,4,6,8,10 and 12weeks2hPG,in controlled groups,were decreased with different degrees after therapy,which had remarkable significance before therapy(P<0.05). 2,4,6,8,10 and 12weeks2hPG,the treated groups,were decreased with different degrees after therapy,which had remarkable significance before therapy(P<0.05).In both groups,2hPG 0f 0-2,0-4,0-6,0-8,0-10,0-12weeks were decreased. But The change of the treated group was significant than that of the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yi Tang Kang had great impaction on relieving the symptoms and decreasing PostprandialTC and TGof patients of Metabolic Syndrome with Impaired Glucose Regulation.2. 2hPG relieving the symptoms and changing biologic indexes of patients of Metabolic Syndrome with Impaired Glucose Regulation in 2weeks .3.Yi Tang Kang had great promising impaction on FPG,HBA1C,LDL-C,HDL-C relieving the symptoms and changing biologic indexes of patients of Metabolic Syndrome with Impaired Glucose Regulation.
