Purpose: Experimental study is for natural aging resveratrol in order to observe the skin tissues in the anti super oxide anion radical ability and serum in the GSH content influence,then Observations of natural aging skin organization structure changes of mice. Resveratrol could defer skin natural aging. Theory for the aging of the skin to provide the experimental basis.Material and method:a group youth(A):9 kind of Kunming in 4 months female age small mouse as contrast;45 kind of Kunming age in 18 months female small mouse at divides 5 group random, 9 for a group: group of Old age blank (B)→old age masculine group(C)→group of old age gypenoside (D)→resveratrol high dose(E)→resveratrol low dose(F). And group of A and group of B fill the physiological saline (20 ml/kg/d) into the stomach, group of C fills the Vitamin EC suspl 30mg/kg/d into stomach,group of D fills the gypenoside suspl 30mg/kg/d into the stomach, group of E and group of F fill the resveratrol suspl 30mg/kg/d,10mg/kg/d into stomach. They have onece a day time, The first 31 days animals'cervical were dislocationed and making materials. The anti super oxide anion radical ability and the GSH content,then making microscopic section and observes the change of the skin's organizational structure.Results:1.Compares with the group of youth, in other five old age group skin organization anti super oxide anion radical to weaken ,the GSH content influence obviously reduces。It proves natural aging in the mouse skin inhibited the rate of anti super oxide anion radical and GSH significantly decreased.2.Compares with the old age blank group B, the old age masculine group C, gypenoside and resveratrol group may strengthen enhances the anti super oxide anion radical, enhances the GSH content.It descriptions vitamin EC suspension, gypenoside and resveratrol have increased anti super oxide anion radical and GSH content in order to prove that resveratrol has a role in delaying aging skin.3. In the group of E and F , group of E and F'bility that improve had no significant statistical difference. 4. Morphological observations indicate that:group of B were Promotes skin thinning and cell number thickness decreases, fiber disordered arrangementConclusion:1.The anti super oxide anion radical in skin tissue and GSH content influence in serum of natural aging mouse decrease significantly.2.Resveratrol can improve the anti super oxide anion radical, increase GSH content influence , slow down skin aging.3. From the morphological observation:There were change of Skin thickness and cell number and fiber arrangement .Promotes skin thinning and cell number thickness decreases, fiber disordered arrangement...
