Li Fumin, And Menopause Anga Less Clinical Comparative Observation Of The Treatment Of Gynecological Cancer Patients In Ovariectomized Symptoms

Purpose: This study observe Remifemin and herbal treatment gynecological tumors patients who after surgery or radiation and chemotherapy treatment and appear the clinical curative effect of ovarian castration syndrome .Material and methods: Cases were selected from Liaoning province tumor hospital of gynecology department and Liaoning university of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital gynecology department from June 2010 to February 2011 . There were 45 cases of patients by questionnaire seeking to do Kupperman Index (KMI).KMI≥15, or single score of damp and sweating≥6.According to the inclusion criteria randomly divided into Remifemin 15 cases, TCM group of 15 cases and the control group (blank) in 15 cases, Adopt repetitive measure anova,matching T test, rank and inspection, chi-square Fisher precise probability, testing。Three groups were discussed in 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks of Kupperman grading. Evaluate the rate of drug reaction and adverse reaction .Results: Remifemin group,Chinese medicine group and blank group were compared in 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks. Compared three groups of KMI F=8.759,P=0.001<0.05, The differences were significant in the three groups and three treatments extremely different . Compared with Remifemin group, and TCM group P=0.609>0.05 there was no statistical significance. Two groups treatment effect equally. The control group compared with Remifemin group ,and TCM group respectively that contrast significantly (P < 0.05), there was statistical significance. Three groups of each single score results: (1) Remifemin group to have a headache, skin ants crawling sensation, sexual life difficult, urinary tract infection, the improvement of symptoms do not have apparent effect (P > 0.05), The rest of the nine single score before and after treatment were (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. (2) The Chinese traditional medicine group to skin ant climbed feeling, sexual life difficult, urinary tract infection, the improvement of symptoms do not have apparent effect (P > 0.05), and the rest of the 10 single score before and after treatment were (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. (3) Control group except single can alleviate depression suspicious nature (P < 0.05), and the rest are not change the (P > 0.05). (4) Before and after treatment total score more: Remifemin KMI sensitive group and Chinese traditional medicine group are statistically significant (P < 0.05).Remifemin group compared with traditional Chinese medicine group of adverse reactions, P > 0.05 there wasn't statistically significant .Two groups adverse reactions are identical basically. That instructed that treatment of Remifemi could be compared to Chinese medicine which curative effect of ovarian castration symptoms, equal to Chinese medicine therapy were significantly higher than those in the control group curative effect and good safety.Conclusion: Remifemi and Chinese are safe to effectively improve gynecological tumors patients'ovarian castration symptoms appeared after, have better safety.
