The Clinical Reseach On Zi Shen Lin Xin Decoction Combined With Remifemin Treated The Kidney Yin Deficiency Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective:This topic through taking Zi Shen Lin Xin decoction combined with Remifemin and only taking Remifemin treated the kidney yin deficiency perimenopausal syndrome patients, and compared the treating effects of two methods. The aim is to improve the clinical symptoms in kidney yin deficiency of perimenopausal syndrome patients and theirliving standard, in addition, to promote the recovery of the body function, which can provide more effective and safe methods for treating kidney yin deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome patients.Methods:60 cases of the kidney yin deficiency perimenopausal syndrome patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group(30) was given Zi Shen Lin Xin decoction combined with Remifemin,1,2/day, continuously for 12 weeks, combined with oral Remifemin 0.28g,2/day for 12 weeks; The control group (30) was treated with Remifemin 0.28g,2/day for 12 weeks. The two groups were kept same lifestyle. Through comparing the cure rate plus excellent rate,the kidney yin deficiency symptom score, improved Kupperman rating scale, quality of life rating scale, serum sex hormone, and bone density values in two groups before and after treatments. Meanwhile, comparing the clinical effects of two methods on treating kidney yin deficiency perimenopause syndrome is made.Results:1. By observing the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) symptom score and the improved Kupperman score of kidney yin deficiency perimenopausal syndrome before and after treatments, it had a significant effect on both of treatment group and control group of perimenopausal syndrome. However, with the extend of treating time, the treatment group had significantly better treatment effect on perimenopausal syndrome than the control group after three months.2. In view of clinical comprehensive curative effect, the excellent rate was 40%, while the control group was 16.67%, P<0.05. The excellent rate difference between the two groups was statistically significant, indicating that the excellence rate of the treatment group was better than of the control group.3. In view of the bone density test, lumbar spine bone mineral density of patients in both two groups after treatment has risen, but the treatment group in improving bone metabolism. was superior to the control group. It means that both two treatment methods can improve the bone metabolism of permenopausal syndrome patients, but the treatment group has a obviously advantage over control group. It is consistent with the phenomenon that these two groups were improved in terms of four living quality dimensions, but in physiological dimension, the treatment group is superior to the control group. It can be explained that the physiological dimension score mainly conclude relative terms of bone metabolism.4. In view of sex hormone, FSH of both two groups significantly decreased after treatment. There was no obvious difference between two groups on FSH before and after treatment, while LH and E2 had no statistical difference before and after treatment, which states that Zi Shen Lin Xin decoction and Remifemin can decrease FSH value while not affect estrogen secretion in the kidney yin deficiency perimenopausal syndrome patients, so as to improve the ovarian function.5. All subjects didn’t behave allergic reactions and other adverse reactions while taking the drug.Conclusion:Taking Zi Shen Lin Xin decoction combined with Remifemin will better improve the clinical symptoms in kidney yin deficiency perimenopausal syndrome patients and improve the living standard of these patients, better than only taking Remifemin.
