Purpose:By Zhongyaozhitongbabutie test for the analgesic effect of experimental, side effects of experiment and addiction experiments to understand of their analgesic efficacy, side effects and addiction, to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of pain.Material and method:1. Materials: Inbred female BALB / C mice. Weight18—22 g. Pain in hot plate test instrument, tail tenderness instrument (Huaibezhenghua biological), electronic balance, sodium sulfide, acetic acid, activated charcoal, naloxone, a (homemade), Voltaren ointment.2. Method: Through the mouse hot plate test, rat tail tenderness method, acetic acid writhing method, In order to conduct Zhongyaozhitongbabutie pharmacodynamic analysis. The mouse method of carbon propelling the analysis of drug side effects. Through the mice jumping test to analysis of drug addiction. Results:In the mouse hot plate test, the dose of the Zhongyaozhitongbabutie pain threshold of mice compared with the control group was statistically different, compared with Voltaren ointment was no statistically different;Tenderness tail test, Low, medium and high dose groups the clinical equivalent pain threshold compared with the control group were statistically significant, compared with Voltaren ointment was no statistically different; Acetic acid writhing test, medium and high dose groups the clinical equivalent pain threshold compared with the control group were statistically significant, compared with Voltaren ointment was no statistically different, The low dose group the trend analgesic effect, but no significant differences between the control group. Experimental carbon propelling mice. Low, medium and high clinical equivalent dose rate of carbon propelling compared with the control group no significant difference. Jumping mouse experiments, Low, medium and high frequency of dose group,s clinical equivalence is the zero times, with no significant differences between the control group, compared with the control group no significant difference. Conclusion:Zhongyaozhitongbabutie low, medium and high dose group has obvious clinical equivalent analgesic effect, its effect and the positive is similar to control drug Voltaren ointment. Experiment to achieve the analgesic effect of the analgesic dose are inconsistent with the reasons, speculated that its mechanism of action is the combination of peripheral and central nervous system and other peripheral analgesic mechanism based. To clearly identify its reasons for the related mechanisms need further experiments to prove it. The drug without gastrointestinal side effects, no addiction.
