Clinical Study Of Peitushengjin Combined Treatment Intervention Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Tc Chemotherapy Side Effects

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the method called strengthen earth to generate metal intervening the side effects of non-small cell lung cancer with TC chemotherapy.,in order to further improve the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine with advanced non-small cell lung cancer with TC solution laying a foundation for the curative effect of chemotherapy side effects.Methods:according to the principle of completely randomized,60 patients with carboplatin plus force on element "scheme chemotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with non-small cell lung cancer,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each in the two groups Shared TC solution,The treatment group was treated with method of strengthening earth to generate metal on the basis of chemotherapy,and the control group was only treated with carboplatin and liptin.two groups of clinical curative effect of treatment after 4 cycles.The two groups before and after treatment serum tumor markers,routine blood,liver and kidney function series,TCM syndrome score,KPS score and quality of life score,Hamilton depression(HAMD)scores,solid tumor objective curative effect will be recorded respectively.Results:① the serum tumor markers:The three tumor indicators in the treatment group did not show a significant decline,and the statistical results between the two groups after treatment were tested P>0.05,and there was no statistical difference.② the blood routine,liver and kidney function series:The incidence of leukopenia,the incidence of neutropenia,the incidence of hemoglobin reduction,the incidence of thrombocytopenia,and the incidence of elevated aminotransferases(ALT/AST)were not statistically significant(P>0.05).③ of TCM syndrome score:The treatment group was more effective than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).④ KPS score:The KPS score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The KPS score in the treatment group was higher than that before the treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).⑤ Quality of life score:After treatment,the scores in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).⑥Hamilton depression(HAMD)score:After treatment,the scores in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).⑦Objective curative effect:There was no signifiant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:the method can effectively reduce the side effects of chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer,improve the quality of life and improve the mental state of patients.
