Objective to observe the effect of TGQY tang on acute renal failure rat modeland disscuss the prescription'seffecting mechanism. Method divided 32 Fats iniothree grouPs by randomIy, normal group (n=8), treated group (n=l2) and modelgroup (n=l2). The rats in treated group and model grouP were made into Aarmodel by intramusclar injection of glycerine. Observed the pathology of renal tissue,counted the survival rate and detected the level of BUN, Crin serum, ET in plasmaand MDA in renal tissue. Result the prescription, TGQY tang, can raise the sirvivalrates of ARF rat model, decrase the content of BUN, Crand ET in blood, relieve theclcium overload and increase the vitality of SOD in renal tissue. Concluse theprescription, TGQY tang, had good curative and preventive effect on Aar rat modelof initial strage.
