Clinical Research, Seed Negative Decoction For The Treatment Of Immune Infertility (anti-sperm Antibodies)

Objective: To explore the menchanism of treating immunological infertility with positive serum antisperm antibody (AsAb) by Zhongzizhuanyin Decoction (ZZZYD). Methods: 60 patients were divided randomly into the TCM group (40 cases, treated with ZZZYD) and the control group (20 cases, treated with Prednisone). The improvements of clinical symptoms, the iniprovments of immunological indexes (humoral immunity function: AsAb, LgG, IgA, 1gM; T lymphocytes subpopulations: CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4ICD8 and erythrocyte immunity function RC3bR of peripheral blood)and the pregnant outcome were determined. Results: Patients were associated with immunlogical disturbances: elevated CD4, CD4/CD8, 1gM, IgG and descended CD8, RCR. There was no significant difference in clinical symptoms and immunological indexes before treatment between the two groups. After treatment, there was no significant difference in reducing CD4, CD4/CD8, 1gM, IgG between the two groups (P>0.05), but TCA group increased the CD8 and RCR (P<0.05) to normol level while control group tended to reduce RC~1,R (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups, but there was significance in relief of clinical symptoms, pregnant rate, recurrent rate and abortion rate (P<0.05?.0 1). Conclusions: ZZZYD could modulate the immunological disturbance in female inferility with positive serum AsAb bidirectionly, improve the clinical symptoms and signs obviously and enhance pregnant rate multi-effectively.
