Saffron Cream And The Treatment Of Acute Soft Tissue Injury Pharmacodynamics And Clinical Observations

XiHongHuaGao is a compound preparation of medicinals that was proved to have a good clinical curative effect on treating acute soft tissue injury.This study showed dispersing swelling, relieving pain ,quickening blood and transforming stasis effectiveness of XiHongHuaGao by animal experiments.And offered a scientific basis for the clinical application of the medicine.ln the meanwhile, we observed the treatment of acute soft tissue injury in 64 cases,32 cases by XiHongHuaGao ,and 32 cases by WanHuaYo. The comparision of the main Clinical symptoms and physical signs such as pain, Swelling, tenderness and functional improvement Showed that the curative effect of XiHongHuaGao on acute soft tissue injury seems to be much better than that of WanHuaYo,and there is a marked significance statistically (P<0.05).Both clinical and experimental studies demonstrate that XiHongHuaGao is a good drug in the treatmemt of acute soft tissue injury, and worth further studying for the popularization of it.
