| Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the principles of the formulation of Sanren Decoction (SD) and its effects and therapies ,We disassembled the SD into two groups: the group of Sanren and the other was the remainders.From the angle of their influencing water metablism, We investigated these changes such as ANP of lung, Na~-K~-ATPase of small intestine , Urine and its density of ~ K~ on DO rat. The result showed that: 1. Sanren could increase the level of ANP strikingly; 2. Sanren could raise the activity of Na~-K~-ATPase; 3. Sanren could increase the amount of Urine so as the density of Nat While it did nothing to do with K~. All mentioned above indicate that in the way of increasing ANP and Urine and improving the activity of Na~-K~-ATPase does Sanren Docoction remove pathogenic dampness. |
