But this way is short of the basic experimental foundation. By now there is no report on this term that if different kinds of Zheng Type affect on the tumor's growth and metastasis. So we duplicated different Zheng Type on the rat: YangXu, YinXu, XueXIJ and etc. Based on this we plant the H22 tumor on the rat in different ways (abdominal cavity implantation, hypodermic implantation and blood route metastasis) and observe the influence on the growth and metastasis. Then we use the correlating herbs to treat the rat with tumor in order to find the influence of herbs. The experiment reveals the different result:Abdominal cavity implantation: YinXu and PiXu groups survive shorter than other groups, XueXu and XueYu group survive a little longer than control experimental group, there is no remarkable difference between the YangXu and control group.Hypodermic implantation: The tumor抯 weight of Every experimental group are heavier than the control group.Blood route metastasis: The amounts of XueXu, Pixu and XueYu group抯 metastatic carcinoma are more than the other groups.After the corresponding treatment the living day prolonged, the tumor抯 weight decreased and the amount of metastatic carcinoma reduced. Thereby different Zheng Type influence the tumor抯 growth and metastasis.
