Madder Mixture Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Observed

Objective: To observe the treating effect of Qiancao Mixture onearly aged diabetic nephropathy with micro urinary albumin. Method: 60 diabetics were randomly divided into two groups, that is 30 cases' of the treatment group and 30 cases of the control group. Actively to treat the primary disease and hypertension for every patient, but did not let them take ACEI, and the patients in treatment group took Qiancao Mixture at the same time. We would observed every patient's fasting blood glucose and urinary albumin excretion rate in 24 hours (24hUAE) before and after the treatment. Results: 24hUAE had obviously decreased in treatment groups, as from to , while in control group 24hUAE had no changes. There was a remarkable difference between the two groups. But there was not remarkable difference on the blood glucose between the two groups. Conclusion: Qiancao Mixture can decrease the urinary albumin of early aged diabetic nephropathy.
