was widened,the basement membrane was thickened,some balloon adhesions and fibrosis were observed.The changes of glaucoma group and losartan group were less than those in the model group,and the pathological changes of kidney were the most obvious in the group of Sugar and Kidney and losartan.Conclusion:Tangxian mixture can reduce the amount of urine protein,increase serum protein content,reduce the degree of creatinine nitrogen in different degrees and reduce the pathological changes of renal tissue.The protective mechanism of Tangxian mixture on kidney may be related to the up-regulation of nephrin,podocin mRNA and protein expression in renal tissue.
