| Objective:To research rules of Baizhu Fuling decoction(BZFL) and its compatibilities by observing the effect of BZFL and its compatibilities on levels of gastrin(GAS),motilium(MTL),vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) in rat model of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome(SDS). Method:Established rat model of SDS by using cold and bitter herbs,Dahuang. Observed the different effects of BZFL and its compatibilities with herbs of tonifying Qi,herbs of promoting Qi and herbs of eliminating dampness on levels of SDS rats' GAS MTL,VIP,by using radioimmumoassay(RIA). Results:Compared with the normal group,SDS rat's GAS and MTL get significantly lower(p<0.01),while VIP gets extremely higher(p<0.01);Compared with the naturally recoverable group,levels of GAS,MTL and VIP of each treated groups are regulated in various degree. Among them,the regulation of comprehensive compatibility group is the most significantly. Conclusion:The regulation of comprehensive compatibility group on SDS rats' GAS,MTL and VIP is better than that of BZFL group and other treated groups. Formula compatibility of replenishing Qi and strengthening Spleen is scientific in some degree. |
