ObjectiveAccording to experimental and clinical research, Di-Cha-Ke-Chuan-Liquid(DCKCL) has effects on resisting inflammation, eliminating phlegm,relieving cough and lessoning asthma and treats new or old cough and asthma, which is applied to some diseases of respiratory system, such as respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, bronchitis,bronchical asthma and so on. Produces of acute and chronic cough, bronchitis,bronchical asthma have intimate relation with immunity, furthermore,most of which belong to immunologic deficiency. At the base of above research, this subject builds mainly rat experimental model of under-immunity,researchs influence of immunity about DCKCL, discuses functional mechanism of immunity,provdses solid theory base for clinical application. MethodsThe subject watchs four aspects:phagocytic function of macrophage, weight of thymus gland and spleen, delayed hypersensitivity, level of IL-2. There are seventy-two little rats which are divided six teams at randonrteam of DCKCL, team of GuBenKeChuanPian,team of model,nomal team. Each team has twelve rats.Except nomal team, other five teams are duplicated models of immunologic defiency by Cyclophosphumide. Then to watch changes of rats which are given physiological saline or liquid of GuBenKeChuanPian or DCKCL.At last,to test changes of content of the aboved four aspects. Results(1) The contents of the aboved four aspects of team of model are much lower than normal team(P<0.01).(2) The levels of the aboved four aspects of team of liquid of GuBenKeChuanPian are much higher than team of model(P<0.01) DCKCL(high and middle dose) are much higher than team of model(P<0.01).(3) The levels of the aboved four aspects of team of DCKCL(high and middle dose) are much higher than team of model(P<0.01); the levels of IL-2 and weight of thymus gland of DCKCL(low dose) are much higher than team of model(P<0.01),however,the levels of phagocytic function of macrophage,weight of spleen,delayed hypersensitivity are higher than team of model(P<0.05).(4) The levels of IL-2 of DCKCL(high and middle dose)are higher than GuBenKeChuanPian(P<0.05),the levels of phagocytic function of macrophage and weight of spleen of GuBenKeChuanPian are much higher than DCKCL(low dose) (P<0.01), the level of deleyed hypensensitivity of GuBenKeChuanPian is higher than DCKCL(high, middle , low dose) (P<0.05).ConclusionResults of experiments show that DCKCL can improve obviously immunity of littlerats of immunologic deficiency. Experiments imply that DCKCL improveimmunity mainly through strenghthing phagocytic function of macrophage, increasing weight of thymus gland and spleen,enhancing delayed hypersensitivity and arising the level of IL-2.
