Dpc. Musk Treatment Of Cerebral Hemorrhage Acute Phase Of Clinical Research

Objective:Cerbral hemorrhage is one of the most dangerous diseases in neurologic medicine. It belongs to "Stroke" in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The incidence rate, mortality rate and disability rate are very high. Wirh the increasing of aged population in our country, the number of stroke becomes larger and larger, stroke often brings heavy economical and spiritual burden to patients.and their families as well as the whole society. So it is of great significance to search for the best method in decreasing the rate of disability and improving living quality.On base of FengHuoTanYu pathological mechanism of TCM, we take out the therapy of Poxuezhuyu, Kaiqiaoxingshen, Xiaotanlishui.Huoxueliqi. We used ShePu Capsule to treat acute cerebral hemorrhage and observe its therapeutic efficiency.Methods:There are forty four cases of hemorrhagic stroke patients which are divided into two groups at randomttested group and controlled group, 22 cases in each group. The two groups are treated with same basic therapy, but the tested group is combined use of oral ShPu Capsule, three times one day, four capsues every time. At the same time,treated with Shilongqingxuekeli, three times one day and ten gram every time, which is model. The controlled group is combined use of oral Shilongqingxueke li, three times one day ten gram everytime, at the same time, treated with oral Shepu capsule, which is model.Results:1. The therapeutic efficiency of stroke:The effective rate of tested group and controlled group are 91%and82%. There is significant difference between the two groups. The results show Shepu Capsule improve the recovery of patients.2. The therapeutic efficiency of clinical symptoms and physical sign: The effective rate of both group are 100%, there is no difference between two groups.3. The result of CT:CT image of the two groups shows the post-treatment absulutly absorbbed rates of tested group and controlled group are 91% and 73%, there is significant difference between the two groups.4. Safty result:Shepu Capsule is not poisonous to the body and hasno side effect to the body.Conclusions:Shepu Capasule can improve the patients clinical symptoms, and physical sign, and help the intracrantial hematoma to be absorbted quickly, it can decrease the mortality and disability rates of patients with acute cerebal hemorrhage.
