To study the pharmacological research of FD and uses the sample to put into several aspects of research by means of the influence of two myocardial ischemia models caused by hypophysin in rats and ligation of coronary artery in dogs,by means of the influence of the acute blood petechia model,and by means of the inflence of the pain model.Result : (1). FD can increase LVSP, +dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax, Vce-5kpa in rats by means of hypophysin inducing acute myocardial ischemia ; lower LVEDP ; it can decrease the raised ST segment by means of hypophysin inducing acute myocardial ischemia in rats, and can decrease the activity of CK and LDH; (2). it can increase the activity of SOD in myocardial tissue and blood serum , and decrease the content of MDA in myocardial tissue and blood serum; (3). It can also increase the BP, LVSP ,+dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax, Vce-5kpa in dogs by meanc of myocardial infarction caused by the ligation of coronary artery , while decrease the raised ST segment and the activity of CK and LDH in blood serum, reduce the scope of heart infrction;(4). It can increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA in the myocardiaum and blood serum of infarction section ;(5). Acute blood petechia experiment evidents that FD can decrease the degree of blood adhibition ,and the rate of RBC assembling ;(6). The analgesic experiment shows that it can lessen the times of retortion of body , and prolong the latend period of pain action caused by the mothod of hot board on rats. Conclusion : It indicates that FD has marked effect on improving the change ofcaradiac hemodynamices of the two myocardial ischemia models and have the effect on protection of model groups .
