Objective:This paper mainly studied Pharmacognostic identification and anti-myocardial ischemia effects of the Potentilla fruticosa,besides,preliminary discussed its anti-myocardial ischemia possible mechanism,so as to provide the foundation of Pharmacodynamic research for clinical medicine and new drug research.Methods:(1)About pharmacognostic identification,the study made Systematic observation and identification to the Potentilla fruticosa from three aspeces:identify traits,Microscopic characteristics and Microscopic characteristics for the first time;(2)On the Pharmacodynamic,mouse Acute Myocardial Ischemia Model was replicated by injecting Isoproterenol hydrochloride at Subcutaneous Multi-Point of back and neck in this study,which used for observing that Jacometti Dasiphora extract how to affect Myocardial Hypoxia,biochemical index,Coagulation Time and histo pathological change of the mouse;and studied on the security of this drug(Acute toxicity)at the same time.Results:Potentilla fruticosa could promote Mice Resistance to Anoxia obviously,increase the Survival Rate of mice under hypoxic condition and prolong survival time,significantly reduce the Contents of CK,AST and LDH and the Standard of MDA that the mice were resulted in Acute Myocardial Ischemia by isoproterenol, improve the determination of SOD of Acute Myocardial Ischemia Model of mouse marketly,prolong coagulation time and protect the myocardium of Myocardial Ischemia mouse.Conclusion:Above results showed that Potentilla fruticosa had the function of protecting ischemic myocyte,could increase myocardial cells Resistance to Anoxia and possessed certain anti-myocardial ischemia effects in the choised dose range;its mechanism proba bly relatived to decrease Free Radical Generation,raise Free Radical Scavenging Effects of organism,alleviate cell membrane damage,diminish releasing of myocardial enzyme of myocardial ischemia injury in mice and improve hemorheology.
