Raised Serum Benefit In The Treatment Of Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis Clinical Research

Cirrhosis is the result of several chronic hepatic diseases. It is characterized by vast area of fibrillation and tuberculation in the liver tissue. China is a country with high incidence of virus hepatitis. The infection rate of HBV among adults is more than 40%. The B, C and D types of hepatitis a|| incline to turn into chronic disease. Some of the patients will develop to cirrhosis. Thus the main cause of cirrhosis in China is hepatitis.Guided by the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this thesis explored the pathological mechanism and the therapeutic method of cirrhosis. We consider the main causes of cirrhosis are exteriorly suffering from damp-heat epidemic pathogenic factors or bilharziasis, interiorly suffering from improper diet and emotional disorder. The basic etiology is the impairment of the liver, spleen and kidney; qi, blood and water stagnation.In the early stage of the disease, the liver and the spleen are usually been harmed, and thus causing qi -depression and blood stasis. The period of broken compensation is due to the liver, the spleen and the kidney impairment; meanwhile qi, blood and water mixed and became stagnation. The yin-deficiency of the liver and the spleen, and the wastewater stagnation is one important cause of the disease. It also is difficult to cure.This thesis carried forward the experience of the well-known Traditional Chinese Medicine expert on hepatic diseases, Mr. Liangcai Zou and professor Songxin You. We applied Lando Hepatoprotecting Tablet to treat broken compensation period of post hepatitis cirrhosis. The clinical effectiveness was significant. We observed 30 patients who suffered from hepatitis cirrhosis. The total effective rate was 83%, while the controlled group only 43%. On the improvement of the main clinical symptoms, positive signs and serum test, the treat group also obviously better than the controlled group.
