| There are two main part in this article.In the first part, we find two methods to pretreat the rhubarb, which are dry-nitrate process and wettest-nitrate process. We pretreated the samples of rhubarb offered by Beijing Normal University which are picked from Sichuan and Gansu. Content of 11 kinds of trace elements(Sr, Mn, Mo, Zn, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Cu, Ni, Ti)in 15 kinds of edible fungi was determined by ICP atomic emission spectroscopy. Then we research and analyze distributing law of power elements of life of the rhubarb, and discuss the property and flavor of a medicine from that point of view. From these sub—cluster parameters from experiment, we gain the speculation as follows: Gansu rhubarb' feminine is stronger, which means its purgative function is better; the Sichuan rhubarb is also feminine, but a little bit masculine than Gansus', which means its time to onset is more shorter, and have a better function for improving immunity is better. The theoretical result remains to be proven.In the second part, so many prescription for diabetes has been analysed, so that a high frequency table for diabetes has been found. With this table , many prescription can be tested. All the sub-cluster parameters of high frequency medicine are showed in the table. Several medicine, with no sub-cluster parameters, has been analyse and its parameters has been got. |
