Extension Of The Point Pressure Method For Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical Studies

In this thesis, the author systematically reviews the understandings and experiences of diagnosis and treatment on the lumber intervertebral disc prolapse (LIDP) of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), concludes and analyses the progression of the research of the modern medical theory about the LIDP, and also primarily summarizes the methods of the clinical treatment of the LIDP. Emphatically, the mechanism and progression of the research of hand technique treating the LIDP was discussed. With applying the "traction and back stretch press under anaesthesia method" , when observing and comparing with the traction press under anaesthesia method, it shows that "traction and back stretch press under anaesthesia method" has difference on relief ing lumber and leg pain and has prominent difference on improving degree of Laseque. So, drawing a conclusion that "traction and back stretch press under anaesthesia method" has evident clinic effort on LIDP and the"traction and back stretch press under anaesthesia method"could be applied further more.
