Idoxuridine Treatment Of Recurrent Genital Herpes Clinical Studies

The thesis consists of two parts, summaries of documents and clinic research.The summaries consist of two parts .The first is about the research progress of genital herpers (GH) in morden medicine. Because the cause ,repeated accession, treatment, prevention of GH is complex, these researches appear with different grades and levels and they overlap with each other. We introduce these documents all the most. The second is about the research of Chinese medicine in three parts :the recognition of the illness, the reason and the treatment. We think that the treatment of morden and Chinese medicine in the same time is the most important.In the clinic research we choose 60 patients all in GH. We divide them into two groups. One is the treatment group which includes 30 patients .The second is the control group which includes 30 patients. The treatment group is treated with Chinese medicine PaoZhenJing concoction. The control group is treated with Acyclovir . The result indicated the repeated accession rate of the treatment group and the control group were 1. 69?. 24% and 3. 07 ?.18. They have obviously diffence. At the same time, we monitor the intracellular cytokines of CD/ in the circuit blood of part of the paitients in treatment group. We analysis the change of the function of immunity.The study shows Qi and Yin deficiency and the stagnation of damp-heat and toxic are the mechanism of RGH in Chinese medicine. We should nourish the Qi and the Yin, clear away the damp-heat and sweep toxic in the treatment of RGH.
