Clinical Observation And Mechanism Research On The Treatment For The Tubal Inflammatory Infertility By Damp-heat Type With Theorem Of Clearing Heat And Excreting Damp

Objective: Observed the clinical curative effect on the treatment for the tubal inflammatory infertility by damp-heat type with theorem of clearing heat and excreting damp,determination of human serum interleukin-2(interleukin,IL-2)and interleukin 6(interleukin,IL-6)level.By observing patients with intrauterine pregnancy rate,the change of clinical symptoms,signs and experimental study on determination of cytokine levels,to prove the effectiveness on theorem of clearing heat and excreting damp,in order to provide evidence of the validity,rationality,objectivity of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.Methods: This topic choiced 66 cases of Oviduct inflammatory infertility patients who conformed to the standard of obstetrics and gynecology clinics of oviduct inflammatory,between April 2016 and February 2016 to the Henan province hospital of TCM.Selected patients is divided into the treatment group and control group according to the statistical random grouping method.3 cases were lost to follow-up in the treatment group;The control group did not adhere to treatment in 1 case,1 case was lost to follow-up,poor obedience in 1 case,eventually treatment group were 30 cases and control group had 30 cases.Methods the following: Treatment group was given qing re li shi tong guan tang which was based to theorem of clearing heat and excreting damp for the treatment principles of prescriptions,and was made by tisane chamber of Henan province hospital of TCM.One bag of capacity was 200 ml,a pair of medicine decoction to two bag,twice a day,taking in the morning and evening,for 15 days.The control group was given women can Jing capsule,3 times a day,3 pills at a time,with 15 days after menstruation.Inform patients drug withdrawal in menstrual period.Inform patients drug withdrawal in menstrual period.Try the following month pregnant.A laparoscope,usually connected to a fertility drug withdrawal,not pregnant six course of treatment.Intrauterine pregnancy rate,before and after the changes of treatment of TCM syndrome integral,IL-2 and the levels of IL – 6 were observed,and were analysis by statistical.Results: Treatment group intrauterine pregnancy rate 53.3%,control group was 23.3%,statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);Integral aspect in improving clinicalsymptoms and signs,treatment group cure rate was 56.7%,total effective rate was 90%,control group cure rate was 26.7%,total effective rate was 73.3%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);In terms of physical and chemical indicators,after treatment in treatment group the content of serum IL-2 was 129.43±24.39 p g / m l,5 1.7 2 ± 2.9 3 p g / m l content of IL-6,control group content of IL-2 114.47±31.28 p g / m l,5 4.8 0 ± 5.3 6 p g / m l content of IL-6,two groups of comparison difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: First,traditional Chinese medicine of the treatment principle with theorem of clearing heat and excreting damp can make such patients with oviduct inflammatory infertility increase the rate of intrauterine pregnancy,achieving their wishes which are pregnancy.Second,the prescription derived from the principles of theorem of clearing heat and excreting damp been used to restrict condition development,obviously improve clinical symptoms in patients with tubal inflammatory syndrome infertility.Third theorem of clearing heat and excreting damp can increase content of interleukin-2,reduce the content of interleukin-6,improving the patient’s immune adjusting ability.
