| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Ganzhixiao decocting prescription to fatty liver and effect on MDA,SOD of fatty liver.Methods:The fatty liver model was made by feeding high fatty diet and white wine perfusate to rats for 8 weeks. After treating the fatty-liver rats with Ganzhixiao decocting prescription compared with Dongbao Gantai (the control medicine)for 4 weeks, we observed the following markers: (1) MDA SOD; (2) ALT, AST ALP GGT, TC TG; (3) Liver-TG TC; (4) LPL HL(5) pathology and ultrastructure of hepatic tissue. Results:High fatty diet and white wine perfusate feed rats for 8 weeks, which might cause the fatty liver model of rat with chronic fatty liver symptoms and lipoidhepatitis,which came into calm state in 4 weeks.Compared with model group,ganzhixiao particles may have effect on reducing lipidic aggradation in liver and activation of TC, TG, ALT, AST, GGT,ALP;promoting SOD activation of hepatocellular microsome and decreasing MDA content;Simultaneously the observation results of pathology and ultrastructure of liver showed that complex prescription has a better effect of anti-fatty liver and treatment on lipoid hepatitis, which is obviously superior to Dongbao Gantai. Conclusion:The pharmacodynamics and therapeutic function of Ganzhixiao decocting prescription to fatty liver as the following:1. Adjust lipometabolism:reducing TC and TG;Decreasing fatty degeneration of liver cell;2. promoting the convalescence of hepatocellular function;3. Anti-lipid peroxide:increasing the the activation of peroxidase, decreasing the content of productsof lipid peroxide. |
