Long-term Oral Clinical Observation, Renal Failure ¢ñ On The Delay Of Chronic Renal Failure In Patients With Residual Renal Function Decline

[Objective] To discuss the clinical curative effects of ShenShuai I that alleviate the worsen of residual renal function(RRF) on chronic renal failure(CRF) patients.[Methods] All the patients were divided into therapy team and comparison team according to the administer of ShenShuai I for 6 months at least or not. Clearence of creatinine rate (Ccr) and other clinical relative information were collected at pre-therapy , 3 month and 6 month in both teams.[Results] 31 cases were selected in the research, 18cases in therapy team and 13cases in comparison team. The Ccr were 28. 57±9. 64ml/min before treatment and 30.48 ± 11.23 ml/min after treatment in therapy team, in which the drop rate of Ccr was 0. 0276+0. 0046; In comparison team the Ccr were 28. 76±8. 24 ml/min before treatment and 26. 95±10. 62ml/min, in which the drop rate of Ccr was—0.0415±0. 0074. The drop rate of Ccr in therapy team declined significantly less than comparison team. The increase of serum hemoglobin , albumin , Ca and the decline of serum P were significantly more than comparison team. Significant differences of blood pressure decline were not existed in both therapy team and comparison team.[Conclusion] Taking ShenShuai I in oral insistently is benefit to alleviate the worsen of residual renal function for chronic renal failure patients.
