Replenishing Spleen And Kidney Of Rats With Adriamycin Nephrosis Renal Et-1 And Tgf-¦Â1 Expression

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Reinforcing Spleen and Kidney on expression of ET-1 and TFG-β1 in kidney of The Adriamycin nephropathy rats, and examine the therapeutic function of the compound Chinese formula on chronic renal diseases, as well as the possible mechanism to block the renal fibrosis of it.METHODS: The Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned into control and normal control groups.The Adriamycin-induced nephropathy model rats were established by single injection of Adriamycin(dosage 6.5mg/kg) on the control group.On the 14th day of accomplishment of the injection,the control group were divided into five groups: module,low-dose Chinese formula, moderate-dose Chinese formula, high-dose Chinese formula, benazepril-treated group.Medication was exerted continuously for four weeks from the 14th day.The level of urine protein was measured at each time point.At the end of the medication for 28 days,all of the rats were killed,the level of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen, and urine creatinine were measured,and the pathologic change of kidney was observed.And the protein expression of ET-1 and TGF-β1 were detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: (1)The proteinuria of control group was observed on the 7^th day of accomplishment of the injection of adriamycin.And the summit was...
