Hiv, Hepatitis C, Syphilis Triple Detection Of High-density Reactor Biochip Research

In this research, a new biochip—a biochip with high density of reactors(BHDR) and its preparation have been introduced. In addition, we have explored the reaction condition, sensitivity and specificity in the reactors with HIV₁₊₂ antigen, HCV antigen and syphilis antigen as probes and various human serums as sample. The research reveals that we had a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 100% in the reactor under a optimized producing condition and applying condition.
