Boxing Away From Melon Leaves Aconitum Alkaloids

Sixteen new norditerpenoid alkaloids, circinanines A, B, C, D, E, F, G, circinadines A, B, C, D and circinasines A, B, C, D, E, together with eight known alkaloids, yunaconitine, talatisamine, sachaconitine, senbusineA, hemslyadine, hemsleysine, hemslyanisine and isohemsleyanisine, have been isolated from the roots of Aconitum hemsleyanum var. circinacum. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data(1D-, 2D-NMR, MS and X-Ray analysis) and chemical method. In addition, the structures of hemslyadine,hemsleysine,hemslyanisine and isohemsleyanisine have been revised by X-Ray analysis and 2D-NMR technology.This research has found lots of new aconitine-type diterpenoid alkaloids containing a 5β-OH firstly.
