Ma Vine Soup Prevention And Treatment Of Sudden Drop In Temperature Pediatric Clinical Studies Of Acute Asthma Attacks

Objective: To observe the peventive and the clinical therapeutic effect of treating bronchial asthma whit Mateng Tang on the time of air temperature suddenly drop. Explore the mechanism method by the Traditional Chinese Medicine theortical and clinical aspects.Method: (1)200 children with asthma are randomly divided into 2groups, one group take Mateng Tang to prevent the outbreak of asthma on the time of air temperature suddenly drop, the other don't take. To observe the outbreaking instance of asthma. (2)120 children of asthma outbreaking are randomly divided into 2grougs,treated with Mateng Tang, Aminophylline Tablets respectively,observing change of the children syndrome ,physical sign and laboratory examination,Eos and IgE in blood of treatment group ,comparing with Aminophylline Tablets group.Result: (1)The rate of outbreaking asthma of the Mateng Tang group is lower than the group of Aminophylline Tablets on the time of air temperature suddenly drop, The numerical value of PEF and the degree of asthma is better than the group of Aminophylline Tablets.(2)Clinical study showed the totally effective rate of treatment group come to 96.66%, while Aminophylline Tablets group is 95.00%(P>0.05).But the time of disappear of cough is distinctness litte than the group of Aminophylline Tablets(P<0.05),and the effect of reducing Eos and IgE in blood is better than the group of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Mateng Tang is safe and effective drug of treating asthma,and it is a good method that using the Mateng Tang to peventive and treating bronchial asthma on the time of air temperature suddenly drop.
