| Objective To explore the correlation between HLA—DQA1 allele and child bronchial asthma (BA), its intermittent outbreak and grave outbreak in Hans national children in Inner Mongolia, we want to find correlated genes and discuss part of pathogenesis and explore the prospect of prevention and cure of BA. Methods We adopted the method of cases control, led into PCR—SSP technique, and selected 66 children BA. cases (42cases of intermi tenth outbreak and 24cases of grave outbreak) 96 health children of hans。 The comparing of gene frequencies were dealt with by logistic regression after one-wayor Fisher test. Results The gene frequencies of HLA- DQA1 * 0401 allele in children BA., interni ttent outbreak and grave outbreak were 9.1%. 9.5%and 8.3%. they were higher than control groups(P<0.05); P were 0.009,0.019 and 0.013,P<0.05 for all,the differences had statistical significance. OR were 7.754,6.844 and 9.072,Whose 95%confident interval Were 1.670~36.005,1.365~ 34.310 and 1.607~51.212 .EF were 0.746,0.683 and 0.593,EF>0 for all. While the gene frequency of HLA - DQA1 * 0103 allele in intermi ttent outbreak(7.6 % and 4.8%) was lower than the control groups( 17.7 %), OR were 0.380 and 0.230, Whose 95 % confident interval were 0.174-0.833 and 0.077-0.689. PF were 0.271 and 0.260, PF>0 for a11. Conclusion HLA-DQA1 * 0401 allele maybe a haplotype susceptible gene in children BA, intermi ttent outbreak and grave outbreak in Hans in Ineer Mongolia. While HLA—DQA1 * 0103 allele maybe a protective gene in intermi ttent outbreak children BA. |
