| Objective: To observe the effect of point penetration method (PPM) on Shenque acu-point on the Chronic Fatigue Model(CFM) rats.Methods: After 60 healthy SD ras were sieved from 70 SD rats through watter maze duration, they were randomly divided into 6 groups (10 for each) l.healthy group; 2. jizhi group 3. PPM on Shenque acu-point in smaller dosage group 4. PPM on Shenque acu-point in bigger dosage group 5.renshen jingye zaogan group 6.control group(PPM without Chinese medicine ).Except the healthy group, to duplicate CFM by the method of chronic bound-limiting for 2 weeks. Through the experiment, observing natural killer cell (NKC) activity, humoral immunity level, ethology of PPM on Shenque.Results: Compared with the control group, PPM on Shenque acu-point has an obvious effect on increasing NKC activity, reducing the tail-suspending motionless duration and leaving off watter maze duration,increasing struggling times and the exhausted swimming duration.Conclusion: PPM on Shenque acu-point surely has an effect on CFM which includes markedly increasing NKC activity, reducing the tail-suspending motionless duration and leaving off watter maze duration,increasing struggling times and the exhausted swimming duration.Mechanisms of CFS by PPM on Shenque acu-point possibly lie on increasing NKC activity, regulating and enhancing the cellular immune function, improving the fatigue condition and depression emotion tendency in the central nervous system,resisting mental depression and fatigue. |
