CIinical Observation On The Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma With Chronic Duration Based On Positive Water Theory

Objective:In this study,by observing the effect of Zhenwu Decoction on the TCM symptom score,lung function and inflammatory indicators in patients with chronic bronchial asthma,the clinical efficacy and safety of applying positive water theory to the treatment of patients with chronic bronchial asthma were explored.Methods:A total of 60 patients with bronchial asthma with chronic duration who were hospitalized in the Department of Respiratory and critical Disease Medicine,Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups by random grouping.A total of 30 patients in the control group were given nebulized budesonformoterol aerosol 320 MCG/9 MCG/suction(AstraZenecaAB,Sweden,lot no.:PFYX),1 inhalation each time,twice a day,for a course of 14 days.A total of 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with oral Zhenwu Decoction plus atomized inhalation of Budesonidoterol aerosol.Record before treatment of the patient’s general condition(name,gender,age,contact information),auxiliary examination[routine blood,blood sedimentation,c-reactive protein(CRP),volume in 1 second largest lung function(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)largest,maximum peak expiratory flow(PEF)and nitric oxide expiratory(FENO)],asthma severity classification and TCM symptom integral table,improve the basic vital signs,routinebloodtest,routineurinetest and liver and kidney function.After 2 weeks of treatment according to different treatment methods,the two groups compared the changes of TCM symptom score,airway inf lammationindex,lung function and other indicators of the patients,and sorted out the data for statistical analysis to evaluate the differences in the safety and efficacy of treatment between the two groups.Results:1.The improvement of FEV1、FVC、PEF and FeNO in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).2.There were significant differences between the two groups in the total score of symptoms and the difference of total score after treatment(P<0.01);in the single score,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of chest fullness,unablely laying flat and eyelid edema(P<0.05),and the improvement of breathing pantingly was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 60%.The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).4.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the bronchial asthma patients with chronic duration in a flood of lung and kidney Yang deficiency,negative water’ sinvasionoftheupperpart,application Zhenwu Decoctioncan enhance yang,make water flowing,in order to significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,lung function and respiratory environment.
