The Optimization Of The Parameters Of The Electro-acupuncture Fenglong Regulate Blood Lipids And Mechanism

With the development of people'life in our country,there was an obvious ascending trend in the incidence of HLP .It has been evidented that HLP is one of the important dangerous factors during the formation of AS,by a great deal clinical epidemiology research, clinical and experimental study,Both of which resulted in the heart and(or) brain diseases. What is more,HLP is related with some other diseases ,such as fatty liver, hypertension, diabetes etc.Therefore, how to control and prevent the disorder of blood lipid is one of the important subjects to be resolved .The thesis on blood lipid consisted of literature summary ,clinical and experimental research. First Section:literature SummaryThe literature summary reviewed the achievements on pathogenesis of HLP with oriental and west medicine.It recovered not only the acupuncture clinical and experimental research on HLP but also the study on electric acupuncture parameter. Second Section: Clinical RasearchObjective:To discuss the effect of different order and level of electric acupuncture parameter in adjusting lipid mebabolism with orthogonal design,which included frequency, wave, duration,interval etc.To find out the prior composite project.Methods: Select 54 patients up to snuff, who were electric acupunctured the fenglong point with the orthogonal design L₂₇ (3¹³) randomly. The period of treatment was 10 times.Every patient was treated 20 times.Results:1.The prior object parameter for TG was 50Hz,20min,1mA,twice per week. The prior object parameter for TC was 100Hz,30min,three times every week, 1mA. The prior object parameter for LDL-C was 100Hz,30min,three times every week,feeling. The prior object parameter for HDL-C was everday,40min,1mA,50Hz2.The order of the parameter is frequency,duration,intension,interval.3.The compositive prior object parameter was 50Hz,20min,1mA,twice per week. The Third Section: Experimental ResearchObjective:To discuss the mechanism of electric acupuncturing on fenglong point in treatment of blood lipid disorder.Methods: 30 SD rats were randomly divided into model group ,experimental group and normal controlled group equally.The rats in model and experimental group took the fatty feed.
