Antiangiogenic bio-chemotherapy with low—dose and high—frequency may be an important way to control the growth and matastasis of tumor. This is also antiangiogenic chemotherapy.Hyperthermia is an attractive addition to multidisciplinary approaches to clinical cancer treatment. The quantitative and reproducible effect of hyperthermia depends on the elevation of temperature and the duration of treatment. It has been reported that in vitro and in vivo hyperthermia can enhance the cytotoxic effect of certain anticancer drugs that have different mechanisms of action. Hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy is a logical and potentially powerful treatment.
