It has been demonstrated that angiogenesis is vital to the growth and metastasis of the tumor, thus it represents a potential therapeutic target and has become a new spotlight in tumor study fields. Vessel of tumor is the morphology foundation for growth and metastasis of malignant tumor. The vessel of tumor not only provides tumor with nutrients, but also it delivers tumor cells to other places. Antiangiogenic bio-chemotherapy with low—dose and high—frequency may be an important way to control the growth and matastasis of tumor. This is also antiangiogenic chemotherapy.Hyperthermia is an attractive addition to multidisciplinary approaches to clinical cancer treatment. The quantitative and reproducible effect of hyperthermia depends on the elevation of temperature and the duration of treatment. It has been reported that in vitro and in vivo hyperthermia can enhance the cytotoxic effect of certain anticancer drugs that have different mechanisms of action. Hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy is a logical and potentially powerful treatment. The magnitude of the enhancement varies according to different drugs and the scheduling of drugs with heat.Therapeutical principles of malignant tumor are strengthening body resistance, strengthening body resistance, strengthening body resistance, soften hard lumps and dispel nodes and treat the malignant with poisonous agents in traditional Chinese medicine.Recent study has revealed that some traditional Chinese drugs pharmaceutics have antiangiogenetic ability, such as ShenMai and Rg3.Recently, docetaxel and Shen Mai have been proved to hold antiangiogenic activity, but whether their antiangiogenic properties are linked to their cytotoxic role remain unclear, and we knew little about their mechanism as yet. We have not heard that there been combined. In this communication, we aim to explore the effects of the non-cytotoxic concentrations docetaxel and ShenMai on angiogenesis of LOVO Cells in vitro and subcutaneous tumor in nude mice.In vitro...
