Objective:To observe the effect of Cuyu Granule(CYG) about Gastric ulcer (GU) Rats, the ulcer index, the width of defective muscularis mucosa, and the thickness of regenerative mucosa. To investigate the role and mechanism of CYG for improving the Quality of ulcer heal ing (QOUH), appraise its security and offer scientific basis for clinical application from the quantity of N0, VEGF, TGF-α. To choose clinical druggery according with its scientific basis. Method:To choose cleanness rats as experimental objects. To devide the rats randomly. Then establish the models of acetic acid impaired gastric ulcer in rats. Group A named normal group, group B named model group, group C named Cuyu granule group, and group D named Ranitidine group. To give group A as normal saline, group B as normal saline, group C as Cuyu granule , and group D as Ranitidine.1. To collect the ulcer index, the width of defective muscularis mucosa and the thickness of regenerative mucosa as observational index, we can find pathologic change at different therapy groups or one group but before and after therapying.2. To use nitric acid reductive method mensurate the quantity of blood serum nitric oxide. So we can find pathologic change at different therapy groups or one group but before and after therapying.3. To use immune histochemical method mensurate the expression of VEGF in mucous.4. To use immune histochemical method mensurate the expression of TGF-a in mucous.Result:1. Group C compaired with group B, the ulcer index was significantly smaller(P<0. 05), the width of defective muscularis mucosa in ulcer scar was significantly narrower (P<0. 01), the thickness of regenerative mucosa in scar of group C was significantly thicker(P<0. 01) ; furthermore, compaired with group D, the ulcer index was significantly smaller (P<0. 05), width of defective muscularis mucosa was significantly narrower (P<0. 05), the thickness of regenerative mucosa were significantly thicker (P<0. 05).2. Group C compaired with group B, the contents of blood serum NO were significantly higher (P<0. 01); Compaired with group D,the contents of blood serum NO were significantly higher (P<0. 05); Compaired with group A, there is no significantly difference (P>0. 05).3. Group C compaired with group B, the contents of mucosa TGF-α were significantly higher (P<0. 01); Compaired with group D,the contents of mucosa TGF-α were significantly higher (P<0. 01); Compaired with group A,there is no significantly difference(P>0. 05).
