objective To approach the feasibility of using anterior chamber maintainer in Operation on vitreous through study to compare the effectiveness of infusing of using anterior chamber maintainer and using the ductus fixed in the incision of the sclera in Operation on vitreous method experimental group_ 20 eyes that are taken the cataract extraction that associate the Operation on vitreous,In this surgery we use the anterior chamber maintainer to infuse B.S.S; experiement control group _ 20 eyes that are taken the the par plana vitrectomy, In this surgery we use the infusing ductus fixed in the incision of the sclera to infuse B.S.S. After the cutter rate even is set to 540and the aspiration's suction even is set to 150mmHg in vitreous cutter , When the Bottle Height is in 65cm We measure the infusing rate that the vitreous cutter is set in the condition of the aspiration and the infusing rate that the vitreous cutter is set in the condition of the aspiration and of the excision, We measure the intra-ocular tension of each eye. When the Bottle Height is in 65cm , so do we . result The numbers of the infusing rate or the intraocular tension in the same BH in the both groups were compared, The differences between the experimental and experimental control groups were insignificant in the same BH (P>0.05). The use of the anterior chamber maintainer for infusing B.S.S in Operation on vitreous is feasible .
