Long-term synaptic potentiation (LTP) is considered in relation to memory. Many researches showed LTP synaptic efficacy changes happened during the learning . The amplitude and maintenance of LTP are parallel to the ability to learn and remember. The hippocampus is a cortical structure involved in explicit and spatial memory in rodents and humans. Long-term potentiation represents a long-lasting increase in synaptic efficacy and has a cellular relation to memory. In the dentate gyrus, the CAl subfield, and other brain regions, LTP is initiated by the activation of NMDA-glutamatergic receptors which allows Ca2+ to enter the postsynaptic terminal. The Ca2+ mediated activation of protein kinases, like the calcium-calmodulin-dependent kinase (CaM-kinase), provokes local changes in receptor proteins, like the AMPA-glutamatergic receptor, which are considered to be responsible for the initial increase in synaptic efficacy. At later stages, LTP requires the synthesis of new proteins for its maintenance. Although these research indicated glutamate (Glu) and other receptors take part in the process of LTP form, they are carried on hippocampus slice, other experiments only observed LTP and Glu. Few of them observed LTP and cell outsideliquid neuro-transmitters, especially linked with condition reflex formation. In addition, many experiments focus on Glu, few experiments focused on the relationship of other neurochemical transmitters and LTP. Though, population spike, (PS) and correct response rate are targets in our experiment. During the condition reflex establishment and consolation and extinction, Aspartic (Asp), Glumate (Glu), Glutamine (Gln), Glycine (Gly), Tautine (Tau) and Alanine (Ala) are measured in freely moving rats DG region.By researching the relationship of amino acids, LTP and condition reflex, we learned that the mechanism of hippocampus DG take part in learning and memory formation. The results as follows:1. Although with condition reflex was established and extincted, the concentration ofAsp, Glu, Gln and Tau also increase. When behavioral train was 4th day,behavioral...
