Objective :To improve the curitive effect of apoplectic aphasia's linguistic trainingand to offer the clinical foundation for standardizing the acupuncture on apoplectic aphasia The article is aiming to investigate the different effect of acupuncture on apoplectic aphasia, acupuncture on apoplectic aphasia of main points on the head and tongue and the single sustaining therapeutic .Methods : Sixty -three patients were randomly divided into a control group of 21cases receiving single sustaining therapeutic and a treatment group of 21 cases receiving acupuncture of main points on head ang tongue ;a group of 21 cases receiving acupuncture of points on body The facts which affect the recovery of apoplectic aphasia such as course of diseases ,ages ,times of disease were observed .Result :The assured curitive effect was found in the group of acupuncture onapopetalous apoplectic aphasia Both the group of acupuncture on the points of head and tongue and the group of acupuncture on body have more effect than the control group of single sustaining therapeutic (p <0.01).Moreover ,the effect of group of acupuncture on head and tongue is better than the effect of group of acupuncture on body (p<0.05).The shorter is the cours of disease ,the faster is the recovery .Conclusion: The curitive effect of acupuncture on apoplectic aphasia is sure ,andthe curitive effect of acupuncture on the points of head and tongue is better than that on body .If use the both ,the curitive effect will be more sure. The time when to acupuncture has important influence on curitive effect. The acupuncture should be prescribed as soon as.
