Simple Obesity (no Complications) Differentiation And Acupuncture Differentiation Standardized Preliminary Study

Objective:try to find out the index of syndrom and to build the standard of diagnosis and treatment for syndrome differetiation in simply obesity .Study the criteria of curative effect and diagnosis by clinical treatment on simply obesity . Method:Retrospective research: Statistical method of analysis of cluster and judgement function were adopted to build index of syndroms.Prospective research: patients in simply obesity were treated with a combination of body and ear-acupuncture according to the differention of syndrom to test and verify the indexes of syndrom and to oberve the varieties of fat-indexes before and after acupuncture.In addition,fat-index were compared among different people. Result:retrospective research and prospective research to healthy people show : intention of Excessive heat-syndrom of stomach and intenstine : extremely good apptite,polydipsia,yellow fur or purple tongue;intention of Stagnation of liver and qi:abdominal distention,irritability,insomnia,purple tongue deep pulse ,and pale tongue;intention of Water rention due to insufficiency-of-spleen:edama,fatigue,pale Tongue,soft pulse,deep pulse.As a result , the backward check coincidence is 96.4%,and the forward check coincidence is 73.3%.According to the clinical observation,30cases treated by thewriter agree with intentions aboved,effetive rate of which is 93.3%.There are obvious differences in fat-index by comparing the pre-treat to the post-treat,which shows acupuncture treatment on simply obesity is effctive.Body fat percentageis set up golden standard for fat-index by comparing the simply obesity patients to the healthy people .Conclusion: 1.3kinds ofclinicalcommon syndroms are build by comparing backward to forward data.2.Body fat perecentage is regarded to golden standard diagnosis and treatment in simply obesity.3.In summary,acupuncture treatment for obesity reduction is safe,effective,stable,and without side effects.This method has been proven to be clinically effective and capable of wide-spread application.
